1 Definitions and General Provisions

In this document, "e28", "platform" or "site" refers to the online gaming service operated at the domain https://e28login.cam. "User" or "member" refers to any individual with a registered account. Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses or rewards will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate details at the time of registration, including name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment method information. 2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Third parties must not be permitted to use the account. If unauthorised access is suspected, support must be contacted immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on e28 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Transactions must be made only from your own account registered in your name — deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be the same. e28 may request additional verification for unusual transactions.

3.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency will not be accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

e28 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

e28 provides various offers for regular members, including:

• Weekly e28 Reload Reward — 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• e28 Friday Special — 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• e28 Live Table Fun Bonus — 40% of deposit on live casino, up to ৳5,000, 22x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• e28 Birthday Gift — reward up to ৳1,500, 15x wagering.
• Refer a Friend e28 Reward — up to ৳2,000, 18x wagering.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

5 VIP Program

5.1 Tier Structure

The e28 VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: A Gold-level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳120 in cashback (৳20,000 × 0.6%).

5.2 Level Progression

Members can advance to higher VIP levels based on active gameplay and consistent participation. Cashback is calculated automatically each week and credited to the account.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e28 platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse).
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial method to play games.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or rewards multiple times by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any security vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members or staff of the platform.

For any of the above violations, e28 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

e28 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, a threat to account security, or legal reasons. In such cases, e28's decision regarding the account balance will be considered final.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between e28 and a user will first be addressed through direct discussion and support. If a user wishes to raise an objection regarding a transaction or game result, they must notify support in writing within 30 days of the relevant date. Complaints made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

13 Amendments and Updates

e28 may amend or update these terms and conditions at any time as needed. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
